BEWARE THIS IS NOT NEW IN BOX All new Charge 5 come with a reset button on the cord. I purchased two watches and neither had these. The seller admitted that the cords were not original manufacturers cord therefore this item can not be sold a new in box. I waved the extended warranty believing that I was purchasing a brand NEW Fitbit covered by the manufacturer. I am not sure it is. Also the item ships from China but the seller says they are in California.

No fault to the seller, but the shift knob was very very small and about the same size of a column shifter, but no big deal I can put a different shift knob on seller was very easy to deal with, and answered all my questions.
