After doing extensive research, I found that everything about the listing is a lie. NOT new. Packaging was incorrect (convincing copy), accessories not original, and phone is clearly refurbished. Verizon confirmed it was activated previously and used for some time. The phone works fine (for now) so I did not wish to return it. I mentioned this looking for transparency and the seller offered $15 hush money. Avoid these scam "new/sealed" phones at all costs and report these sellers.
