Does not record in dark like IR indicates
Will only record black movies in dark. No matter what you do the IR and "nighttime" recording capabilities are fictional. About all you are really getting is the 32GB memory card and something that only works in perfect daylight. If you want to record motions at night this is useless. Need LOTS and LOTS of LIGHT!!
OMG you need FULL ROOM OF LIGHT!!!! No matter what setting you need a bunch of light. Good cam if well lit for the price. A bit on the non sync'd side (laggy) at times. But for what I paid for it I expect as much. Good cam if super bright.

1080p not functional
Camera would not enter 1080P mode and only operates in 720p and photo mode. Chinese translated instructions are not understandable. There are some tutorials and instructions online, but I could not fix the problem. It's really not worth the trouble of returning, I'll use it as-is and get a better camera next time.
