Seller contacted to say the item was returned with damaged packing and they had no more product in inventory. They offered to refund - which would be 3-5 business days. Since the product would not have been damaged with damaged packaging, I asked that they repackage and send. I did not hear from them. About three weeks later, and now about a week ago, I emailed again and asked for a credit to my account. Nothing yet.
